Who We Are

"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity". After many years of discussion ,research & continuous work in field of Milk & Milk Byproduct the Concept of Aritri Agro Biotech Limited is born. Founded on the principles of sustainability and scientific excellence, Aritri Limited is transforming the Milk Byproduct & agricultural landscape is tech driven concept.

What We Do- Milk Processing

We Convert milk into various milk based product . Milk processing transforms raw milk into safe, consumable products (like liquid milk, cheese, and butter) and extends shelf life. Key operations include filtration to remove debris, standardization for fat content, homogenization for uniform texture, pasteurization to kill pathogens, and packaging. Principally we focous on purity because adelteration is very common practice among Indian market.

The essential steps in a standard dairy processing plant include:

  • Reception & Chilling: Raw milk is received, weighed, and chilled to below \(5^{\circ }\text{C}\) to prevent bacterial growth before processing begins.

Separation & Standardization: Centrifugal separators remove debris and extract fat. Cream and skim milk can be recombined to exact fat targets (e.g., standardizing to 2% or whole milk).

  • Homogenization: Milk is forced through high-pressure valves to break down fat globules, preventing cream from separating and rising to the top.

  • Pasteurization: Heat treatment destroys pathogenic microorganisms to ensure safety and extend shelf life. Common methods include High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) at \(72^{\circ }\text{C}\) for 15 seconds or Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) up to \(140^{\circ }\text{C}\) for extended shelf life.

  • Packaging: Processed milk is packaged in sterile conditions (e.g., cartons, pouches, or aseptic bottles) and kept refrigerated.

What We Do-Lease Contract Farming Management

Contract Farming System makes it easier to manage large-scale grower programs. You can register farmers, issue inputs, schedule field visits, record harvests, and handle payments—while keeping everything traceable and transparent. Whether you're working with 100 or 10,000 farmers, the platform helps you stay organized and accountable.

Lease contract farming combines land leasing and production agreements. A landowner leases property to an operator, while committing to sell the produce to a buyer at a predetermined price. Management requires balancing fixed land costs, quality standards, and yield risks across a multi-year timeline

Core Management Models

Understanding the financial and operational structure is critical to mitigating risk for all parties involved:

  • Cash Rent Lease: The operator pays a fixed per-acre fee to the landowner and manages all agricultural operations. The farmer takes all yield and pricing risk.

  • Crop-Share Lease: The landowner and operator split operational costs and revenue, sharing both risks and profits.

  • Contract Farming Agreement (CFA): The landowner hires the contractor to execute farming operations, and the farmer maintains the primary market risk while the contractor handles day-to-day management for a fee.

What We Do - Ruler Tourism

Ruler Tourism

Key Pillars of Rural Tourism

  • Agri-tourism: Staying on working farms, participating in harvesting, and learning about organic farming and livestock care.

  • Homestays: Immersing in authentic village life by staying with local families and enjoying traditional regional cuisine.

  • Ecotourism & Adventure: Exploring localized nature, trekking, or witnessing unique ecological events like the Sahyadri Firefly Festivals.

  • Art, Culture & Crafts: Interacting directly with indigenous artisans, learning traditional pottery, weaving, and folk dances. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Benefits & Socio-Economic Impact

  • Economic Growth: Channels funds from urban areas directly into rural grassroots economies.

  • Curbing Migration: Creates viable local jobs, deterring youth from abandoning rural villages for crowded cities.

Rural tourism has a high potential to stimulate local economic growth and social change because of its complementarity with other economic activities, its contribution to GDP and job creation, and its capacity to promote the dispersal of demand in time (fight seasonality) and along a wider territory.

Rural tourism is a form of tourism that focuses on actively participating in a rural lifestyle. Activities in rural tourism often promote local agricultural or fishing practices, art, culture, heritage, and other aspects of local life. It can be a variant of ecotourismwhich engages tourists with the local environment, often focusing on sustainable practices, conservation management and environmental education
